Accommodations

Staying at SAGEHEN

Housing requests will be taken at the time of registration. There  options available in shared rooms and bunks. If there is someone you would prefer to share a room with, please make that known in the reservation request. Housing on the reserve is limited. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. Housing will be available Tuesday – Thursday night at no charge for NRS folks.

Camping is also available on the reserve. Campers can use the showers in the houses, more info upon arrival. Port-a-potties will be available for attendees.

The cost of food and lodging for UCNRS managers, stewards and staff are subsidized by the Office of the President. Any companions or guest staying in housing will be asked to pay around $20/night, plus any alcohol and entertainment.

As always, no pets are allowed.

Need help getting there? You can find a variety of directions here.

There are nearby lodging options in Tahoe. If you want to stay off the reserve, please contact the lodges directly for reservations and payment.

Cost

Food and accommodation on the reserve are covered. Drinks and the Donner Party Revisited celebration are extra ($10/ per night for drinks) The max cost is $30 for participants is. Please bring cash or checks to the meeting payable to Elva Bonsall.

Make sure that each person registers separately, including guests. Guests who are not employees and need accommodation will pay the standard reserve rate of $20 / night.

We encourage people to carpool. If you need a ride, please mention it on the registration.
